Dear Contractors, the client community, stakeholders and the reader of this maiden publication of THE CITIZEN CONTRACTORS’ Magazine, please accept a warm hand shake from the desk of Association of Citizen Contractors Tanzania (ACCT)’s Executive Secretary
I am writing to extend a welcoming hand to you and to request you to go on reading this publication which will be on the street every three months. The Quarterly magazine is set to become one of the ACCT’s key pillars in serving its members and also reaching out to members of the public, government, stakeholders and the clients. This is a very important tool of development and communication and I am glad that after several attempts by the ACCT team to get it rolling, it is finally in the readers’ hands.
